About Schafferts Thompson Feed And Supply

The Thompson Feed Mill, located in the town’s circle, is just west of where the original grinding mill was once located. The existing building served use as the General Store, and was built over 100 years ago. The mill’s relocation took place in the 1970’s by 2 families adding on the feed dock and adjoining the town’s Postal Service. We moved into the business in 1994 just days before the mill was going to be closed down. We have since been rebuilding this valuable resource into a reliable source for the needs of our farmers, equestrians, landscapers, business owners and homeowners.
